Two-in-One and Ruffled Dresses!

A wedding gown is usually one of the first things on the bride's shopping list.  Have you found your perfect gown?  There are just so many choices between long wedding dresses and short wedding dresses.  Why not have both?!  Introducing the two-in-one wedding gown!  How unique is this?  I absolute love the idea!  You can have a long and formal wedding gown for your wedding ceremony in the morning, after the photo session and just before the cocktail hour, you can turn your wedding gown into a short dress that's more casual so you can go wild and party into the night!  Cool!

These two-in-one wedding dresses and short wedding dresses are also perfect for destination weddings!

Not your style?  How about these new floral and ruffle dresses from David's Bridal?

Love these dresses from David's Bridal and want to try them on?  The good news?  With over 300+ stores in the US, David's Bridal is coming to Ontario, Canada!!!  In March 2011, the chain will open two stores in Ontario:

Meadowvale Shopping Centre
3105 Argentia Road
Mississauga, ON

SmartCentre Scarborough
1900 Eglinton Avenue
Scarborough, ON

Happy gown shopping!

Memories are Forever

Whenever I pull out my grandparents' black and white photos, I wish I can pass them on to my children and grandchildren so that they can pass onto their next generation. Unfortunately, photos fade away and can easily be damaged. How can I maintain these memories forever? While planning my own wedding a little more than a year ago, I discovered this unique way of inscribing a photo into a diamond. This new nanotechnology is a process that permanently inscribes high-resolution photos on any diamond or other gemstone without changing the purity or the value of the diamond.

Here's a peek at what my inscription looks like in my diamond... this picture doesn't do it justice! The actual image has a higer quality than what you see here.

I am proud to announce that A Timeless Celebration has become the first authorized dealer in Canada to offer this unique diamond inscription service to our customers. By ordering through us, you will receive a 2% discount on this very unique service that will surely be something you can brag about!

For more information and FAQs, you can visit the official Gemory website.

TIE-ing the Knot!

I know this probably isn't meant for everyone who's into damask and might think this is taking it too far. But I just have to share this Etsy find with you guys because it's just so unique! For those of you who are absolutely in love with the pattern, Rok Gear has this is the perfect final touch for your damask theme wedding!

Damask is just not your thing? No problem! You can have your own design printed on the tie! Here's a great example if you have a cherry blossom theme. Still too flashy for you? Design your very own tie with a less subtle color and theme that's perfect for your wedding.

Not only do these add a unique touch to the groom and the groomen's attire, they are eco-friendly! An environmentally friendly water based high-quality non-toxic ink is used, their water base ink has a soft hand flexible feel. Read more about the ink they use on their website.

They even have a bulk order discount just for your wedding party.

Think Upside Down!

To make your wedding truly unique, not only do you have to think outside the box, now you've to start thinking UPSIDE DOWN! When I saw these in the Weddingstar magazine a couple of weeks ago, I thought it's a neat and innovative way of using vases for centerpieces. Vases aren't only used for flowers anymore.

Then yesterday, when I was browsing the Wilton website, I found another innovative way of using things upside down!Nowadays, glasses aren't only used for drinking, they are used for cake stands! I love unique ideas like these and I can't wait to use it for a bridal shower or baby shower and WOW my guests with them.
