Love Is Sweet!

After being away from my blog for a while, I am now officially back with more great stuff for you guys! More tips, ideas and inspirations for your Big Day!

One thing I love seeing at weddings is the CANDY BUFFET! We all love to go back to being kids! I setup a candy buffet for my wedding too. I had a blue and white theme. But unfortunately no one took a photo of my yummy candy buffet =(

Candy buffets can be fun and look great at your wedding. They can also replace your favours and have your guests DIY their own favour!

Before I go into some tips for setting up your Candy Buffet table, here are some colour-coordinated-yummy-looking candy buffets for your inspiration!

A Candy Buffet can be expensive if you don't plan well. Jar are expensive, but you can rent them to cut down costs if you don't plan on using the jars again. Perhaps vases are less expensive than fancy jar with lids and they can be reused for floral arrangements for your new home.

Besides the jars, candies cost the most, but you don't want your candy buffet to look too bland by having too little candy. So what you have to do is to be creative when you decorate your table.

Things you can add to your Candy Buffet table to make it look more full:
- rose petals
- table runners
- turn empty vases upside down for a raised surface to add height
- candles
- childhood photos of you and your wifey/hubby
- chocolate fountain
- wedding cake
- take-out-boxes with your monogram

While it's called a Candy Buffet, why not add some other yummy edibles? Cookies are less expensive and can add volume to your Buffet.
