Green Tea Yogurt Mousse Chiffon Cake
Oh you must have noticed... I have this thing with green tea flavoured desserts! My fav so far is the Green Tea Yogurt Mousse Chiffon Cake.
Last month, I also took the Wilton Cake Decorating Course 1 at Michaels in Abbotsford, BC. Yes, unfortunately there's no Michaels anywhere close to Montreal.
I must say, I am the worse at the Wilton Rose. We learned to do it over the course of 4 lessons, 1 step every week. Some people in my class got it right away. You've no idea how many roses I tired to make and how much time it took me to finally come up with 4 somewhat decent ones for my cake. I had a lot of fun in the course and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in cake decorating.
