But if you don't have to buy your alcohol from the venue, buy your own, you will get it a lot cheaper at SAQ and be able to pick out what you want.
- Have a limited bar as opposed to an open bar. Maybe 2 bottles of wine per table will do.
- Cut back on the number of different kinds of liquor you want the venue to provide.
